Kahlua Cookies

Kahlua is a Mexican coffee flavored liqueur famous as a component in drinks like the White Russian, Mudslide,Sombrero.

But you can cook with Kahlua to.

Here is a cookie recipe made with Kahlua. In fact, now you don't need coffee with your cookies, it's already in there!

Makes 2 dozens cookies:

1 half cup dark sugar

2 Tbsp. Kahlua

1 half cup unsalted butter

1 cup all purpose flour

1. Preheat oven to 350 F

2. Cream together sugar,butter, and Kahlua. Add flour.

3. Spoon by tablespoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 mins.or till golden brown.
